This agreement is a legal contract between you and Daxiang VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile network access application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, interface elements, text and technical assets belong to the Service Provider or its lawful licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or prices and will communicate material changes within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for account confidentiality and device security. Jailbreaking, rooting or installing untrusted plugins may create security risks or prevent the App from working properly.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When you use related functions, you may also be bound by those third parties' terms and privacy rules.

Service availability depends on your device status, local network, carrier routes and regional conditions. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, roaming charges or lack of permission from the bill payer. Using the App outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges, and you should confirm your own carrier plan.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by device battery depletion, system failure, third-party platform restrictions or changing network environments. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service for legal, risk-control or operational reasons. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Software licenses, digital services and subscription benefits are generally final once delivered, and refund requests without a qualifying reason are not accepted.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if an account, license key or digital entitlement is shared, resold, abused or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy based on product, legal or operational needs. Updates take effect after publication.
