This Privacy Policy explains how Daxiang VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores and protects necessary information when you use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We aim to provide a stable service while limiting unnecessary data use.

When you download, launch or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to keep the service working, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, connection status and session duration. To improve route recommendations and connection quality, we may process approximate location information. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on region and network conditions; 2. analyze service stability through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. send necessary service updates, security notices or account messages. We limit use of this data under this policy.

We share aggregated or anonymized data with necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, only for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users, the public or service security; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. If you want to stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such information is discovered, we will take steps to delete it. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements, product functions or business processes. Please review this page periodically.
